ABC Canopies only offers fabric options that will meet all of our customer’s needs. With an industry leading warranty, only ABC Canopies regularly tests fabrics for tear strength, abrasion resistance, coating adhesion, stitch and seam strength, cold flex and wind whip.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned canopies that do not fall under the warranty.

7-Year Warranty Terms below apply to ABC Canopies lift canopies made with 13oz. SLT Shelter Rite® or 18oz Shelter-Rite® fabric.
5-Year Warranty Terms below apply to ABC Canopies lift canopies made with HarborTime™ fabric.
ABC Canopies Marine warrants only to the original purchaser of a ABC Canopies Boat Lift Cover (said original purchaser hereafter called the “customer”), that the ABC Canopies Boat Lift Cover, when properly installed and utilized as a boat lift cover, will remain in good visual condition for a period that expires on the last day of the final warranty year. The start date of the warranty is the customer’s actual invoice date. This warranty applies only to failure due to workmanship or material defects subject to the following terms, provisions and conditions:
In the event of failure and/or defect and written notice of a claim during the applicable warranty period is provided to ABC Canopies, ABC Canopies provides the following pro-rated warranty schedule: ABC Canopies will pay for a portion of the replacement value and the customer will pay a portion of the replacement value (replacement value is determined by using the prevailing retail price at the time of warranty/replacement) as per the chart below. In the event that ABC Canopies chooses to repair the cover at any time during the warranty period, the customer will not be charged for the repair. ABC Canopies must receive the defective canopy cover within 30 days of the customer claim.
ABC Canopies Marine 5-Year Warranty
5-Year Warranty Terms apply to ABC Canopies lift canopies made with Weathermax™, SeaMark™ and HarborTime™ fabric.
*An original invoice or photo copy must be presented at the time a warranty claim is presented to establish the date of purchase.
The pro-rated 5-year schedule will be as follows:

ABC Canopies Marine 7-Year Warranty
7-Year Warranty Terms apply to ABC Canopies lift canopies made with Seaman Shelter-Rite® fabric ONLY.
*An original invoice or photo copy must be presented at the time of warranty to establish date of purchase or year 7 will be used.
The pro-rated 7-year schedule will be as follows:

No free repair or prorated replacement will be made for any cover subsequent to the 5 or 7 year periods covered by this warranty, or at any time for damage resulting from improper installation of the cover, distortion of the framework upon which the ABC Canopies cover is mounted, negligence, vandalism, acts of God, chemically induced degradation (strong cleaning products), rodent damage or petroleum product damage. Also this warranty does not cover fading or matching separate cover fabrics. All claims must be in writing, and all written claims must be submitted prior to the expiration of the applicable warranty period.
If ABC Canopies is not able to determine if the problem is covered by its warranty through digital inspection means, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to ABC Canopies for a pre-warranty inspection as well as shipping charges back to the customer. If the problem is covered by ABC Canopies’s warranty, ABC Canopies will reimburse the customer for the shipping charges.
THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTES RUSH-CO’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO RUSH-CO CANOPIES, AND ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR PROMISES. WHETHER EXPRESSED, WRITTEN, IMPLIED, OR ORAL, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. THE LIABILITY OF RUSH-CO HEREUNDER IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR PRORATED REPLACEMENT AS AFORESAID AND IN NO EVENT SHALL RUSH-CO BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE WHATSOEVER.
